Return Window

You have 40 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • In their original, unopened packaging

  • Have all tags attached

  • In the same condition in which you received them

This is necessary for hygiene and safety reasons and allows us to restock the item for future customers.

Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label (for orders within the U.S.) to simplify the process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
